Matthew Reiss, 49, of the 1000 block of Ziegler Road in the Palm section of Upper Hanover, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court on Friday to 11½ to 23 months in the county jail on charges he possessed more than 1,000 images and video files depicting children under the age of 18 being sexually assaulted or posing nude. She loves to travel, enjoys reading, cooking and going on nature walks.NORRISTOWN - An Upper Hanover man who once worked as a police officer with the Hilltown Township Police Department in Bucks County found himself on the other side of the law with a stint in jail for possessing child pornography on his electronic devices. Gutierrez is a mother to 16 year-old twins. She was recognized as an Emerging School Business Leader by the Association of School Business Official International. Gutierrez has 20 years of combined experience in school business administration, budget development, grant accounting, compliance, financial analysis & reporting, auditing and fraud investigations. She is a Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations and a NJ Qualified Purchasing Agent. Gutierrez is a graduate of Rider University (’98, ’07), she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Gutierrez worked as a Senior Analyst/Senior Auditor for Johnson & Johnson in various operating companies over an eight year period and for Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor for three years. Prior to that, she was the School Business Administrator for the Watchung Borough Board of Education (K-8) and the Assistant School Business Administrator for the Piscataway Board of Education (K-12). During this time, she also served as Treasurer of School Monies for the Montgomery Township School District (K-12). Gutierrez joins us from the Somerville Board of Education (K-12) where she worked as its Assistant School Business Administrator for the past five years.
